The Prime Ginister - Signature Gin

Crisp, citrusy, refreshing.
Our signature gin is best enjoyed in a short glass of Mediterranean tonic, garnished with a slice of lime and a sprig of rosemary.

Ginister for Defence - Navy Strength

Bold, strong, unapologetic.
Sip it over your favourite tonic; the flavours are best paired with a fresh orange wheel & a sprig of thyme for a complex dimension to the drink.

Ginpeachment - Peach, Macadamia & Raspberry

Fruity, playful, summer in a glass.
This dazzling pink gin should be sipped with a slice of strawberry in a tall glass of lemonade or light tonic.

Southside

Ginister for Defence

Bright, sharp, and elegantly balanced, the South Side is a timeless classic that tempers the Navy Strength’s intensity with mint and citrus. Born from the early speakeasy era, it’s a cocktail that feels both crisp and commanding, much like the gin itself.

Ingredients:

  • 60 mL Ginister for Defence – Navy Strength Gin

  • 30 mL fresh lemon juice

  • 30 mL simple syrup

  • 5 fresh mint leaves

  • Garnish: mint sprig

Method:

  1. Gently muddle mint leaves with lemon juice in a shaker.

  2. Add gin, simple syrup, and ice. Shake until well-chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Serve Tip:
Handle the mint gently, over-muddling brings out bitterness. Double-strain for a clean finish and that smooth, speakeasy look.
